The software is user friendly, templates are amazing, AI mode is amazing, machine is lightning fast, and I use it everyday for gifts, small business, and personal. LOVE IT.

This is my first CNC machine and first laser. I just love it. Having so much fun lasering that I have not gotten around to trying the other aspect of the machine. I have been making coasters, boxes, ornaments, earrings and getting ready to make some bird houses.The xtool studio is great
also. I have been enjoying the ease and strength of the program.

I am beyond blown away by this machine and all that it can do I was previously a glow forge owner and switched to X tool and I am 1000% satisfied and happy with my purchase

The performance of this machine has exceeded my expectations. I have a 10W machine, and I got it mainly for its multi-functionality. But it not only prints beautifully on wood, and replaces my Cricut machine for blade cutting, foiling and roller cutting, it cuts and engraves way better than I expected. I had a 30W machine before and I am still not sure how the 10W machine can cut at a similar speed and strength, but it does. I am super happy with it.
