Yes. The best choice depends on your needs for engraving versus cutting:
Small Business (Deep Engraving & Thin Cutting): xTool F1 Ultra
20W fiber laser for 3D embossing and cutting thin metals—up to 0.4mm brass, 0.3mm stainless steel, and 0.2mm aluminum. Great for jewelry, custom parts, and small-scale production.
Professional (High Power & Color Effects): xTool F2 Ultra
60W MOPA fiber laser for both deep engraving and cutting thicker sheets—up to 2mm stainless steel/brass and 1mm aluminum. Excels at high speed and vibrant color marking on stainless steel and titanium.
Industrial (Heavy-Duty Fabrication): xTool Metalfab
1200W fiber laser workstation for large-scale metal processing. Cuts up to 10mm carbon steel, 5mm stainless steel, 4mm aluminum, and 3mm brass. Also supports metal engraving, precision welding, and rust/paint removal—an all-in-one solution for industrial shops.
The best machine depends on the effect you want. There are two main methods for glass:
Frosted White Effect (Direct Engraving)
Use a CO₂ laser such as xTool P2S or P3. They engrave directly on the glass surface without any preparation, creating a clean, permanent frosted finish. This is the fastest and most professional option, ideal for businesses that need a simple workflow.
Gray or Black Effect (Coated Engraving)
Use a diode laser such as xTool S1, F1 Ultra, or F2 Ultra. The glass needs to be coated first (e.g., with laser marking spray or paper). The laser etches through the coating, which is then removed, leaving behind a shallow gray or black mark.
Class 1 (e.g., xTool S1, P3): Fully enclosed with safety interlocks. The laser stops instantly if the lid is opened, requiring no safety glasses. Safest choice for homes, schools, and studios.
Class 4: Open-frame systems. Require certified safety glasses and controlled environments.
Standard Warranty: Every xTool machine comes with a 1-year warranty. During this period, if any issues occur, we will help troubleshoot and identify the faulty component.
Repairs & Replacements: Under warranty, eligible replacement parts and repairs are provided free of charge. Please note that warranty coverage may not apply to issues caused by improper use, unauthorized modifications, or other circumstances outside of xTool's control.
Extended Protection: We recommend xTool Care, which extends your warranty by an additional year for long-term peace of mind.
