FAQ
Here are a few things to keep in mind when your membership tier changes:
Tier Coupon Updates: If you move up to a higher tier during the quarter, only the machine and accessory coupons for your current highest tier will remain available. Unused coupons from lower tiers may no longer be valid.
Monthly Member Gift: Each member can claim one monthly gift per month. If you’ve already claimed your gift before upgrading tiers, you won’t be able to claim another gift at the new tier that month. Your new tier’s gift benefit will become available on the 1st of the following month.
Limited Availability: Monthly member gifts are available in limited quantities on a first-come, first-served basis and may become unavailable once fully claimed.
We have upgraded the experience so you can use xPoints directly as cash at checkout:
You earn 1 xPoint for every $1 spent, and every 50 xPoints = $1 when redeemed at checkout. That means every $50 spent earns $1 in xPoints value — equivalent to 2% back in xPoints.
xPoints are rewards for future purchases and are not refunded to your credit card or original payment method.
Ways to Earn: Earn xPoints by shopping (1 xPoint per $1 spent), creating an account (200 xPoints), completing eligible member tasks, sharing or following us on social media, leaving reviews, and more. Standard members also earn 3% back in xPoints value on their first order.
When xPoints Become Available:
No. Items purchased/redeemed with xPoints from the xPoint Store are non-returnable. Please review your choices carefully before redeeming.
Yes. If your order is fully refunded, the xPoints used for direct deduction at checkout will be automatically credited back to your account after the refund processing is complete.
