1. Eligible Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following countries/regions:

  • United States (excluding Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific, and the Virgin Islands)
  • New Zealand
  • South Africa
  • Singapore
Please note:
  • Orders cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Armed Forces addresses, or the Virgin Islands at this time.
  • If you are located in Canada, Australia, the UK, France, Germany, the rest of Europe, or Japan, please visit our regional storefront for dedicated service.
  • All delivery timelines mentioned refer to business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Processing times may be extended during promotional periods or if payment verification is delayed.

  • Premium 3rd-Day Delivery:This service uses UPS 3rd Day Air or FedEx 3Day, with orders shipped from local warehouses. The carrier is assigned based on availability. Estimated delivery times are for reference only and subject to the carrier’s operational capacity.
  • All shipping costs will be displayed clearly at checkout based on your address and selected service.


3. Order Modification & Package Interception Fees

We understand plans can change, but please note that once an order has shipped, modifications require coordination with our logistics partners and may incur fees:

Address Updates

  • To update your shipping address, contact us at vicky@info.xtool.com within 48 hours of placing your order. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes before shipment.
  • If your package is already in transit, address updates may incur additional fees based on the logistics provider’s policies:
    • Same-state address change: $100 flat fee
    • Cross-state address change: $300 flat fee

Package Interception & Cancellation After Shipment

If you wish to intercept or cancel an order that has already shipped, our logistics partner will charge an operational fee based on your product’s value. This fee is set directly by the carrier and is not controlled by xTool. The current fee structure is as follows:

Important: Do not refuse delivery of a package if you change your mind. Contact us first to coordinate returns per our return/refund policy. We are not liable for lost or damaged packages resulting from uncoordinated refusals.


4. Customs, Tariffs & Taxes

For orders shipped to eligible countries outside the United States:
    • Tariffs: xTool covers all applicable tariffs. You will not be charged any tariff fees by customs. If you receive a tariff charge from authorities, please contact us at vicky@info.xtool.com for assistance or reimbursement.
    • GST/VAT/HST: We collect applicable sales taxes (GST/VAT/HST) based on local regulations in your shipping country. The full amount will be displayed at checkout. You will not need to pay additional taxes to customs or local authorities after delivery. If you are charged additional taxes, please reach out to us for support.


    5. Order Tracking & Notifications

    • After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.
    • Once your package ships, you will get a shipment notification with your tracking number and carrier information. You can track delivery status directly via the link in this email.
    • All updates about order modifications, refunds, or shipping delays will be sent to your registered email address in real time.


    6. Important Notes

    1. Address Accuracy: Double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute packages to incorrect addresses after shipment, and are not liable for delays or losses due to invalid contact information.
    2. Missing Orders: If your order does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, contact us at support@info.xtool.com within 7 days of the carrier’s expected delivery date. We cannot assist with claims after this window.
    3. Damaged/Incomplete Orders: If your package or items arrive damaged, or if anything is missing, please email support@info.xtool.com the same day with photos/videos of the issue.
    4. Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, carrier strikes, customs delays).
