At xTool, we want you to shop with confidence. If the price of an eligible product drops within 60 days of your purchase, you may request a price match under our 60-Day Price Guarantee. 

This policy applies only to eligible orders placed on xTool.com (U.S. site) for regions where the U.S. site is authorized to sell and ship.

Please note: The 2026 Mid-Year Mega Sale Lightning Deals are special, limited-time flash sales and are not eligible for our Price Guarantee. Rest assured, the Mid-Year Mega Sale deal you already received is our guaranteed best price for the main sales event.

What is the 60-Day Price Match?

If you purchase an eligible product directly from xTool.com and find a lower qualifying price for the same product within 60 days of your original purchase date, you may request a price match for the difference.

You may choose one of the following compensation options after your request is approved:

Gift Card

  • Processed within 1–2 business days
  • If the price difference is less than $100, you will receive a gift card equal to the price difference plus an extra $10 bonus
  • If the price difference is $100 or more, you will receive a gift card equal to the price difference plus an extra 10% bonus

Direct Refund

  • Processed within 3–5 business days

Eligible Orders

The 60-Day Price Guarantee applies only when all of the following conditions are met:

  • The order was placed directly on xTool.com (U.S. site)
  • The lower price appears within 60 days of the original purchase date
  • The request is for the same product, including the same:
    - model
    - specifications
    - configuration or package
    - condition
  • The lower-priced item is available for purchase at the time of review
  • The order is for a region where xTool U.S. site sales and shipping are supported

Please Note:

The 60-Day Price Guarantee applies to each individual order only. It does not support price matching based on the combined total of multiple orders.

What Prices Can Be Matched?

We may match the lower price of the same eligible product from the following sources:

1. xTool.com

A lower price shown on xTool.com for the same eligible product within 60 days of your purchase.

2. Qualified E-commerce Platform Listings

We may match prices listed on qualified e-commerce platforms, including but not limited to:

  • Amazon
  • eBay
  • Best Buy
  • Walmart
  • Michaels

To qualify, the listing must meet all of the following requirements:

  • The item is the same product
  • The item is new
  • The item is currently available for purchase
  • The listing clearly shows the product details, seller information, and price
  • The listing is sold by:
    - The platform itself (platform-owned stores), where applicable; or
    - An official xTool store authorized on the platform.

For marketplace platforms, listings from unauthorized third-party sellers are not eligible.

Please note: Prices offered by dealers or resellers on marketplace platforms such as Amazon, eBay, or other third-party e-commerce platforms are not eligible under dealer price matching, even if the seller is otherwise recognized by xTool.

3. xTool Recognized Resellers

We may also match prices offered on the websites of resellers recognized by xTool for price match purposes.

To qualify, the offer must be:

  • Posted on the dealer’s own official website
  • For the same product
  • For a new item in the same condition
  • Currently valid and publicly verifiable at the time of review
  • Offered by a dealer that can be verified by xTool

Reseller listings on Amazon, eBay, or other marketplace platforms are not eligible for dealer price matching.

Reseller eligibility will be determined by xTool at the time of review.

Exclusions

The following products, listings, and offers are not eligible for price matching:

Product Condition Exclusions

  • Refurbished products
  • Open Box products
  • Clearance products

A product is excluded if the product page includes a label or description such as:

  • “Refurbished”
  • “Open Box”
  • “Clearance”

Seller and Offer Exclusions

  • Products sold by unauthorized sellers
  • Used products
  • Auction-style listings
  • Listings that do not clearly identify the seller or the product
  • Dealer or reseller listings on Amazon, eBay, or other third-party marketplace platforms when submitted under dealer price matching
  • Prices that cannot be verified at the time of review
  • Bulk discount, bundle-only, coupon-only, membership-only, flash-sale, limited-quantity, or similar special promotional offers unless expressly approved by xTool
  • Offers outside regions where xTool U.S. site sells and ships

How to Request a Price Match

If you find a lower qualifying price within 60 days of your purchase, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Prepare Your Information

Please prepare:

  • Your order number
  • A link to the lower-priced product page
  • A screenshot showing the lower price
  • Seller or dealer information, if applicable

Step 2: Submit Your Request

Complete the price match request form and submit the required information.

Step 3: Verification

Our team will review:

  • Your order details
  • Whether the products are identical
  • Whether the seller, platform listing, or dealer website is eligible
  • Whether the item is new and in eligible condition
  • Whether the lower price is valid and verifiable at the time of review

Step 4: Receive Your Price Match

Once approved, we will issue either:

  • a gift card within 1–2 business days, or
  • a direct refund within 3–5 business days

Seller Verification

For price match requests involving marketplace sellers or dealers, eligibility will be determined by xTool at the time of review.

Customers may be asked to provide:

  • The seller or dealer name
  • The store or seller link
  • The product listing link
  • The information reasonably needed for verification

xTool may provide seller verification support through its customer service channels.

Important Notes


For Direct Refund:

  • Documentation: Prepare your order number and proof of the price drop (such as a screenshot and link to the product page showing the reduced price).
  • Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at vicky@info.xtool.com . Include your order number, proof of the price drop, and a brief explanation of your request.
  • Verification: Our team will verify the price drop and your purchase details.
  • Fulfillment: Once verified, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
  • This policy applies only to orders placed on xTool.com (U.S. site).
  • Price match eligibility is determined by xTool after verification.
  • Dealer price matching applies only to prices published on a dealer’s own official website.
  • Dealer listings on marketplace platforms are not eligible for dealer price matching.
  • xTool reserves the right to deny any request that does not meet the requirements of this policy.
  • Price match policies may vary by country or region. This version applies only to eligible orders placed on the United States site.
