The presale and customer service teams have been great! Most of them really do go the extra mile to help and ensure you get the right answer. I have noticed a change over the years so am glad to see this focus.
The issue I see is they keep selling preorders and the logistics are out of order. For example, I ordered a P3, it showed up in a few days but the accessories like table and air purifier are on back order with no real delivery date. The customer service guys try to get you the right answer but logistics and delivery keep changing unfortunately.
So be careful when pre-ordering.
