PRODUCT INFORMATION

There are 2 sizes of coated screens to choose from:
- The 11.5" x 16" polyester fast-engrave screen is only compatible with the 11.5" x 16" Screen Printing Frame only. Seamlessly compatible with the xTool Screen Printer, and can be engraved by all xTool machine machines when used with a screen printing frame, especially the xTool S series/D series.
- The 9" x 12" polyester fast-engrave is only compatible with the 9" x 12" Screen Printing Frame only. Seamlessly compatible with the xTool Screen Printer, and can be engraved by all xTool machine machines when used with a screen printing frame, especially the xTool P series/M series/F series. It is recommended to use a riser base when engraving with xTool P series/M series.
Unmatched Precision: Both 100 and 200-mesh coated screens are available with exacting precision. Both guarantee perfect detail capture, even for small texts and complex designs. The 200 mesh ultra-fine aperture ensures higher printing precision for printing smaller patterns, lines, or text, achieving multi-layered images and fine details. Because of the denser mesh, a coated screen with 200 mesh provides smoother transitions when printing gradient colors. More ink can be transferred per unit area, resulting in higher saturation.
Efficient Processing: Polyester fast-engrave screens take significantly less time to process than traditional screens with the same xTool model and the same power, with an average engraving processing time of only 1-30 minutes compared to 5-60 minutes for traditional screens. This results in a significant increase in productivity, helping you to complete your print jobs faster.

- CMYK Precision and Color Reproduction: The polyester fast-engrave screen excels in CMYK color printing and engraving precision. It delivers more vibrant colors and maximizes detail reproduction compared to traditional steel screens, ensuring every piece achieves the best visual impact.
- Higher Detail Resolution: With the same mesh count, the line diameter of polyester mesh is finer than that of steel screens, providing greater engraving precision and finer results.
