We have upgraded the experience so you can use points directly as cash at checkout:
This is the return rate based on the conversion between earning points and redeeming them as cash.
You earn 1 point for every $1 spent; when redeeming, 50 points deducts $1.
This means for every $50 accumulated in spending, the points value is $1, equivalent to a 2% cash return.
Shopping Points: Points will be temporarily "frozen" after you place an order. They will automatically unfreeze and be credited to your account 15 days (T+15) after payment is successful and the order is validated.
Task Points: Points for most tasks (such as registration and social media follows) are credited immediately.
No. Items purchased/redeemed with xPoints from the xPoint Store are non-returnable. Please review your choices carefully before redeeming.
Yes. If your order is fully refunded, the points used for direct deduction at checkout will be automatically credited back to your account after the refund processing is complete.
After logging in, please go to Account Center > My Rewards. You can view your current point balance and transaction history there.
