1. Membership Eligibility and Eligible Individuals
The xTool Creators Club (“XCC”) membership program is provided by xtool.com. XCC membership is for individual use only, and each member may only hold one account. To join the membership program, the individual must be at least 16 years old or have reached the age of legal consent in its jurisdiction (whichever is higher). Eligible minors may participate only with the consent of their parents or legal guardians.
By applying to join the XCC membership program, you (or, if you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian on your behalf) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to Terms, we have to apologise that XCC is not able to available to you.
Once you join the xTool Creators Club, your membership will be valid for life.
2. About the Brand New xTool Creators Club
XCC is a rewards program established by xTool to thank and give back to our loyal customers. XCC members can earn and accumulate xTool points on xtool.com. Points may be used to redeem a variety of benefits or directly applied as a cash discount at checkout. As part of this comprehensive upgrade, we have introduced four membership tiers: Standard, Super, Luxury, and Premium. Different tiers come with differentiated exclusive benefits.
3. How to Join the xTool Creators Club Membership Program
You can join the XCC membership program by creating an account at xtool.com. There are two ways to do this:
3.1 One-Click Registration
You may register directly using a third-party account, such as Google or Apple.
3.2 Registration via Email
You will need to provide the following information: a) Email address b) Password
The personal information you provide for the purpose of creating an account will be stored and may be processed by xTool in accordance with the xTool Privacy Policy. For details regarding xTool’s data protection practices and Privacy Policy, please refer to our website.
4. How to Upgrade Your xTool Creators Club Membership Tier
Each membership tier has corresponding qualification criteria:
a) Standard Member: Once you complete registration of an xtool.com account, you will become a Standard member.
b) Super Member: From the time you join, you will be upgraded to Super Tier once you meet any of the following conditions: Your cumulative spending reaches US$500 or more, and is less than US$2,000; or You have cumulatively purchased one (1) xTool machine series product.
c) Luxury Member: From the time you join, you will be upgraded to Luxury Tier once you meet any of the following conditions: Your cumulative spending reaches US$2,000 or more, and is less than US$7,000; or You have cumulatively purchased two (2) xTool machine series products.
d) Premium Member: From the time you join, you will be upgraded to Premium Tier once you meet any of the following conditions: Your cumulative spending reaches US$7,000 or more; or You have cumulatively purchased three (3) xTool machine series products.
*Notes: 1. If, after placing an order for a machine, there is no full-order cancellation, full refund, or return/exchange, the system will, on the day following the 15th day (T+1) after successful payment, deem the order valid and, on that basis, activate the corresponding membership tier. 2. All cumulative spending amounts are calculated based on the total actual amount paid.
5. XCC Membership Benefits
As an XCC member, you may enjoy the following benefits:
5.1 xTool Points Rewards
To earn points through purchases or other activities, please make sure you are registered as an XCC member and logged in. If you are not logged in, the system will not be able to track your purchases and the points you earn.
5.1.1 How to Earn Points
xTool points can be used not only on the official xTool online store (xtool.com), but also on the Atomm platform. You can use points to redeem designated products, or apply them directly as a cash deduction at checkout (every 50 points = US$1, equivalent to 2% cashback).
You can earn points in the following ways: 1. Shop to Earn Points earning rules: a) Standard member first-order privilege: For the first order, you will enjoy a double-points-earning: you can receive 2 points for every US$1 spent. b) Regular purchases: From the second order onward (and for all other tiers), you can receive 1 point for every US$1 spent.
Points activation time: a) Physical products: After you place an order, the points will temporarily be in a “frozen” status. On the day following the 15th day (T+1) after the day that the paid order is valid, the points will be unfrozen and officially activated. b) Virtual products: Points take effect immediately after the order is completed.
2. Account and Social Interactions (Connect & Interact) Account registration: Once you successfully create an xTool account, you will immediately receive 200 points (effective immediately).
Social media follows and shares: a) Facebook: Like the official page or successfully share, and you will receive 100 points for each (effective immediately). b) X (Twitter): Follow the official account or successfully share, and you will receive 100 points for each (effective immediately). c) Instagram: Follow the official account to receive 100 points (effective immediately).
Comments: a) You need to be a verified purchaser on the official xTool website (xtool.com). b) Each user may earn points from up to three reviews. c) After your review passes moderation, you will receive 250 points per review (moderation is usually completed within 1–3 days).
3. Content Creation on the Platform (Create & Share on Atomm/Community) Atomm – Share a template: For each template that passes official review, you will receive 500 points.
Atomm – Share a template with instructions: For each such template that passes official review, you will receive 800 points. xTool Community (Facebook) – Answer questions: For each answer that passes official review, you will receive 150 points.
Note: When the above creation rewards are credited, you will receive an in-site message notification from the community, as well as an email notification.
4. Referrals and Special Events (Referral & Events) Referral Program: By successfully inviting friends to place an order through the xTool referral program, you will receive additional points rewards (please refer to the referral program page for specific rules).
Occasional Events (Seasonal Events): By participating in occasional events on the official website or in the community (such as the “Spin the Wheel” lottery, etc.), you may have the opportunity to win extra points.
※※ Important Note: To ensure that points earned from tasks on Atomm and the xTool Community are properly synchronized to your account, please make sure that the email address you use to register on the above community/platforms is exactly the same as the email address of your account on the official xTool online store.
5.1.2 How to Use Points as a Cash Discount
xTool points can be redeemed directly as a cash discount on the checkout page at xtool.com. Please make sure you are logged in when checking out. Every 50 points can be redeemed for US$1, and your points balance must reach at least 50 points before they can be used as a cash discount. On the checkout page, enter an amount that is less than the maximum redeemable cash amount and click the “Redeem” button. The corresponding points will automatically be converted into a cash discount, and, after you complete the order, the redeemed points will be deducted from your account points balance.
The upper limit of the cash discount that can be redeemed with points is determined by the total amount of the order. The “order total amount” refers to the order subtotal minus any gift card amount, and does not include the original price of complimentary gifts, taxes, or shipping fees: Limit Rule: You may use points to deduct up to 50% of the Order Subtotal.
※Note: The portion of the payment that is paid by redeeming points will not earn additional points.
5.1.3 Points Reversal
The following situations will affect your points balance: Reversal rules for points earned from purchases: Full order cancellation before shipment: All points earned from that order will be returned to xTool. Partial order cancellation before shipment: The corresponding portion of points will be returned to xTool. Full refund after receipt: All points earned from that order will be returned to xTool. Partial refund after receipt: The corresponding portion of points will be returned to xTool.
Reversal rules for points used as a cash discount: a) If, while logged in, you click “Redeem” but do not complete payment and then log out, the system will automatically return the points you used to your account balance. b) If, while logged in, you click “Redeem” but do not complete payment and close the browser, the system will automatically return the points you used to your account after two hours. c) If you cancel the use of points as a cash discount before the order is successfully placed, all points that have been “Redeemed” will be fully returned to your account. d) After using points as a cash discount, if the entire order is cancelled, once the cancellation is completed, all redeemed points will be fully returned to your account. e) After using points as a cash discount, if part of the order is cancelled, the system will refund the corresponding cash amount based on the cancelled portion of the order, but the corresponding used redeemed points will not be returned. f ) After using points as a cash discount, if the entire order is refunded, once the refund is completed, all redeemed points will be fully returned to your account. g) After using points as a cash discount, if part of the order is refunded, the system will refund the corresponding cash amount based on the refunded portion of the order, but the redeemed points will not be returned.
※Note: If your order is partially cancelled or partially refunded, xTool will prioritize refunding the corresponding cash amount. If you expressly request that the refund be made in the form of points, xTool will return points in proportion to the ratio of the refund amount to the total order amount. The result of any points refund will be based on the system’s calculation, and xTool reserves the right of final interpretation.
5.1.4 Validity Period for Returned Points
If, at the time the points were originally used, they were already close to their expiry date and, by the time they are to be returned, the validity period has passed, such points will be deemed expired and will not be reinstated for use.
For example: You use points as a cash discount to complete an order on October 10, 2025 (PT), and those points were originally set to expire on October 11, 2025 (PT). If you complete a full return of the order on October 16, 2025 (PT), the returned points will already be in an expired status and therefore cannot be used again.
5.1.5 Points Validity Period
Points earned after December 4, 2025 (inclusive) are valid for one (1) year; points earned before this date are valid for two (2) years. Points will expire and be cleared at the end of the calendar year corresponding to their respective validity period.
For example: Points earned on January 1, 2026 (PT) will expire at 23:59:59 (PT) on December 31, 2026; Points earned on January 1, 2024 (PT) will expire at 23:59:59 (PT) on December 31, 2025.
5.1.6 Other Terms Relating to Points
Your account must have at least 50 points before points can be used as a cash discount.
xTool points are only valid on the specific regional official website where you earned them and cannot be used across different sites. Site independence: Points are tied to the account and the specific regional site on which they are registered. For example, points earned on xtool.com (U.S. site) may only be used on that site and cannot be transferred to eu.xtool.com (European site) or any other regional site, and vice versa. Channel restriction: xTool points may only be used on xTool's official site and may not be redeemed or used on Amazon, eBay, or any other third-party sales channels.
xTool reserves the right of final interpretation of the points program.
xTool points are non-transferable.

5.6 Monthly Creator Gift
Super Tier members and above are entitled to a Monthly Creator Gift. Each month, they may receive one dedicated materials gift worth US$15 for free while Shipping fees for the Monthly Creator Gift are not waived, and shipping coupons may not be used for orders containing the gift. The gift may be claimed from 00:00:00 on the first day of each calendar month until 23:59:59 on the last day of that month. It will expire if not claimed within that period. Each eligible member may claim the membership gift only once per month.
※Note: The Monthly Creator Gift is issued on a monthly basis. In the event of out-of-stock situations, logistics issues, or other reasons, the gift may be delayed or cancelled. xTool reserves the final right of interpretation and decision with respect to the issuance of the Monthly Creator Gift.
6. Disclaimers
6.1 Amendment
xTool may, at its sole discretion, change the Terms, the Terms of Use, the Sales Terms (as set out on the checkout page on the official website), the Privacy Policy, the After-sales Policy, or any terms of the XCC rewards program, without separate notice. The latest version of the applicable terms as published on xtool.com shall prevail. If any change to these Terms is held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such change may be severed from the Terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other changes or provisions. Your continued use of XCC membership benefits after any change to the Terms shall be deemed your acceptance of such change.
6.2 Termination
xTool may, based on business and legal requirements and at its sole discretion, modify, update or terminate the Terms, the Terms of Use, the Sales Terms (as set out on the checkout page on the official website), the Privacy Policy, the After-sales Policy, and the relevant contents of the XCC membership plan, without separate notice. The updated version will be published on xtool.com and will take effect from the time of publication. You hereby fully acknowledge and understand that the issuance of the Terms signifies that xTool’s existing membership program and any existing membership benefits not preserved under these Rules are hereby terminated, and that xTool reserves the right, by introducing a new membership program in the future, to terminate the relevant contents of this program and some or all membership benefits, and to retain all rights of interpretation in this regard. If any modification to these Terms is held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, that part of the Terms shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions. Your continued use of XCC membership benefits after any change to the Terms shall be deemed that you have read, understood, and accepted the modified Terms.
6.3 Limitation of Liability
Without prejudice to any other limitations or disclaimers set out in the Terms of Use, our total liability, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), or under any other legal basis, shall not exceed the total value of the XCC benefits you hold. The limitation of liability applies to the maximum extent permitted by law and shall survive the cancellation or termination of your XCC benefits.
