We combined the abilities of two lasers in the F1 Ultra: a fiber laser for its exceptional metal engraving performance and a blue diode laser for engraving the most common materials.
F1 Ultra is fully enclosed to prevent accidental injuries from invisible fiber laser light. The enclosure filters out strong blue light, while efficient smoke extraction quickly removes smoke and dust during engraving, ensuring a safe environment for storefront use.
Switching field lenses to enlarge the working area can be hard and time-consuming. The F1 Ultra's 220x220mm large working space is built-in, and xTool worked hard to achieve this without sacrificing laser power concentration.
Simply place materials on the conveyor in all directions, and let the Ultra automatically identify the shape and accurately engrave each piece. Effortlessly handle large production volumes with ease.
