Material: Birch plywood is a type of engineered wood made up of multiple layers of wood veneer that are glued together to form a single sheet. It is made of birch wood, a type of hardwood that is strong and durable.
Wide applications: Birch plywood is often used for furniture, cabinetry, and other woodworking projects. It is also used for flooring, decorative walls, shelving, and other interior design projects. Birch plywood is also an excellent choice for laser cutter projects. Its strength and stability make it an ideal material for laser cutting and engraving. Additionally, birch plywood produces a clean, precise finish with minimal scorching or warping.
It is recommended to use the Beige White Masking Tape to apply to the plywood before laser processing to minimize the blackening of the plywood caused by the laser process, and to obtain the best results. Also, Beeswax Wood Polish is the perfect partner for creating plywood decorations. It can effectively clean the wood surface, while filling the wood texture, making the wood color brighter and shinier. It effectively prevents the wood from drying and cracking, fading, and prolongs the service life of furniture.
Attention: A slight warp or deform may be caused by transportation and weather. Please allow a ± 1/2 inch variation for length and width sizes and a ±1/50 inch variation in thickness.
Attention: It is recommended to always run a test before performing the actual laser cutting project. When laser cutting thick cherry plywood, it's advised to use high power and multiple passes at a high-speed setting to reduce laser dwell time and heat-affected area to minimize the burning edge. Consistent

I appreciate the birch plywood from xTool. Really, all of the plywood from xTool is good. I have found that it is consistent and burns well and finishes great. I've bought some other stuff before an had mixed thickness and trash plywood boards sandwich in the middle that resulted in poor cutting performance. That's not the case with all of the xTool plywood I've used. Thanks for a quality product!!!

The appearance doesn't look much different from the basswood but it cuts and engraves much nicer. Would buy again.

I purchased three different variants of wood and all were great! I really liked the cherry wood. It cut perfectly and engraved very nice.
