I have owned quite a few printers in my life, this is my first digital garment printer. I own a commercial graphics company (Bob's Signs). I have 2 52" wide Mutoh format printers, 2 lasers, and 2 Epson printers. I have wanted to purchase a digital printer for garments, but was always worried about the white ink issues with clogging. I have been using this printer for a few month now, am am quite satisfied. I recently watched an xtool video for unclogging the heads. I was quite impressed how the machine is to take apart to unclog the heads if they get beyond clogged. Most printer fail in this parameter. So far the printer has been working quite well. I do a test print and head cleaning daily. Hope it lasts!!!

I love not having to worry about tricky machine maintenance or printing everyday to keep things running smoothly. A simple automatic cleaning or a quick wipe-down is all that is needed to get going when inspiration strikes. This machine is perfect for my small business!

I've had no problems with the ink. it is colorful, works well without clogs. Everything you should expect out of the ink, it is. Good job XTool.
