Discontinuation of the M1 Ultra and Our Commitment to You

Since its launch, the xTool M1 Ultra has helped creators around the world bring countless ideas to life. From personalized gifts and home decor to small business creations, your imagination and craftsmanship have continuously inspired us.

We are deeply grateful to every member of the M1 Ultra community for making this machine part of your creative journey.

As we continue to evolve our product portfolio and invest in future innovations, the xTool M1 Ultra will gradually be phased out from our current lineup. The product is expected to be officially marked as End-of-Life (EOL) and removed from xTool official stores beginning in August 2026, with timing varying by region and inventory availability.

While the M1 Ultra is approaching the end of its journey in our product lineup, our commitment to the creators who chose it remains unchanged. We understand that many customers have invested not only in the machine itself, but also in the projects, businesses, and memories created with it.

To ensure a smooth transition for all existing users, we will continue providing ongoing support through the following commitments:

1. After-Sales Support Commitment
We remain committed to providing reliable after-sales service for M1 Ultra users, including technical assistance and replacement parts support, to help keep your machine operating properly.

In the unlikely event that our technical support team determines a machine cannot be restored to normal operation due to the unavailability of necessary replacement parts during the applicable warranty period, we will provide a reasonable resolution based on the product's condition and warranty status. Such resolutions may include:

    a. A discount voucher with a value up to the original M1 Ultra purchase amount;
    b. A refurbished replacement machine of a comparable value;
    c. A partial refund, where applicable.

2. Continued Accessory Availability
To support existing M1 Ultra users, we will continue supplying key M1 Ultra accessories through July, 2028.

This includes major consumables, replacement parts, cutting accessories, mats, laser modules, ink cartridges, and other essential accessories required for normal operation. Including the following:

3. Official Software Updates
We will continue maintaining and updating the core functionality of xTool Studio software for M1 Ultra operation, ensuring users can continue enjoying a stable and reliable creative experience.

4. Warranty & Service
All existing warranty policies remain unchanged. Eligible warranty claims will continue to be handled according to the warranty terms applicable at the time of purchase.

5. Our Appreciation

We understand that you may have concerns about returning your M1 Ultra. If you decide to return your M1 Ultra, we want to make the process as smooth as possible. Please check the official return policy of the platform where you made your purchase (such as the xTool website, Amazon). We will process your return according to those guidelines. Our goal is to ensure you feel supported during this transition.
