I did print on a pice of wood that was not sprayed with the Wood Printing Fixative Spray. It came out fine, no complaints. But really wanted to see if there would be a difference using the spray. There was a huge difference. The image was noticeably sharper and brighter! I think the fixative spray is a must have for the xTool user.
The fixative spray works well for ink printing on wood. Easy to use. Be sure to use in a well ventilated area.
It made my printed pictures look awesome and the wood quality improved.
I've tried printing on plywood with and without the pray. The difference is like day and night. Please do a favor to yourself and buy this if you want to print on wood. Gives beautiful colors and long lasting finish for your desing.
I have only used the spay once. There was definitely a difference using the spray versus not using it. I will continue to use as it did provide for a more clear and brighter picture.
