Product as expected from Xtool I never have any issues with the products purchased I didnt laser engrave on this specific tumbler have on others none the less great quality I can always count on.
Like the Tumblr it stays cold. I do feel that the Tumblr should be able to have better engraving then what we actually achieved. Feel like there should have been some instruction about how to place the Tumblr in the machine so that it would not hit the laser and how to achieve an appropriate alignment for engraving.
Love the tumblers from xtool easy to engrave and looks amazing.

Love the iridescent that comes out when engraving. Good cups and work as well as a Stanley.
