Please note the following rules regarding tier changes and monthly benefits:
- Coupon Retention Rule: If you upgrade during a quarter (e.g., from Standard to Premium), the system will only retain the machine/accessory coupons corresponding to your current highest tier. Unused coupons from lower tiers may be invalidated.
- Material Pack Benefits: Regarding the monthly $15 Material Pack, if you have already claimed or used this benefit at your previous tier during the current month, you cannot claim the new tier's pack again for that month. Your new tier's material benefit will automatically refresh on the 1st of the next month.
- Inventory Note: Monthly free material packs are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. If out of stock, they cannot be claimed. xTool reserves the right of final interpretation.
We have upgraded the experience so you can use points directly as cash at checkout:
- How to Use: Log in at the checkout page, enter the number of points you want to use, and click "Redeem".
- Threshold & Rate: A minimum balance of 50 points is required. The exchange rate is 50 Points = $1.
- Deduction Limit: Points can cover up to 30% of the order subtotal. For orders over $1,000, the maximum deduction limit is 10%.
- Important Update: Starting Dec 8, the feature to redeem points for Gift Cards will be officially discontinued. However, valid gift cards redeemed previously remain effective and can still be used at checkout.
This is the return rate based on the conversion between earning points and redeeming them as cash.
You earn 1 point for every $1 spent; when redeeming, 50 points deducts $1.
This means for every $50 accumulated in spending, the points value is $1, equivalent to a 2% cash return.
- Ways to Earn: You can earn points by shopping (1 pt/$1, double for Standard tier's 1st order), creating an account (200 pts), sharing/following on social media, leaving reviews, and posting content on Atomm.
- Crediting Time:
Shopping Points: Points will be temporarily "frozen" after you place an order. They will automatically unfreeze and be credited to your account 15 days (T+15) after payment is successful and the order is validated.
Task Points: Points for most tasks (such as registration and social media follows) are credited immediately.
No. Items purchased/redeemed with xPoints from the xPoint Store are non-returnable. Please review your choices carefully before redeeming.
Yes. If your order is fully refunded, the points used for direct deduction at checkout will be automatically credited back to your account after the refund processing is complete.
After logging in, please go to Account Center > My Rewards. You can view your current point balance, points expiring soon, and transaction history there.
