The acrylic sheet boasts a flawless surface with neat cut edges without burrs, ensuring a clean and glossy look. Acrylic sheet plexiglass has saturated colors, with excellent craftsmanship performance. The engraving and cutting results are both highly aesthetic.
It exhibits strong resistance to dirt, requiring only a wipe with a damp cloth or water to maintain cleanliness effortlessly. Each acrylic sheet comes with double-sided protective films to prevent scratching while transporting.
Casted Acrylic: Ideal for laser engraving and high-quality cutting with smoother edges and clearer engraved designs.

Please ensure to remove the protective film before using the acrylic sheet. Operate it in a well-ventilated area and wear a protective mask for safety. It's advisable to use it with the Air Assist Set. Allow for a variance of ± 1/2 inch for length and width, and ±1/12 inch for thickness.

As all the plexiglass that I have gotten from Xtool it far superior to other products purchased. Although the Xtool plexiglass is slightly
More expensive, the extra cost outweighs the problems that occur with other products purchased. Each sheet is expertly wrapped and packaged eliminating scratches and laser burn. It is also great that every sheet has a QR code that when scanned provides parameters for cutting and engraving. As stated a superior product.
