If you're new to lasers, this is a 55W CO2 laser. It's super powerful and great to cut any color acrylic, thicker materials, and so much faster. Lots of other great bells and whistles plus super intuitive free software.
You can do a full-color screen printing, but it doesn't look as crisp (as xTool Apparel Printer). Here, the image looks really nice; it pops! I've printed photos of my children on shirts, and it looks really great. It's stretchy, but it doesn't feel too rigid or stiff.
