Stacking Rules
- Deposit benefits can be combined with Anniversary Sale promotions.
- They cannot be combined with other non-anniversary discounts (e.g., newly released products such as P3, refurbished machines, Trade Up coupons, special partner offers).
Purchase Limit
- Each user/account/email is limited to one deposit purchase only.
- Deposits are non-transferable and cannot be resold.
Non-Refundable
- The $1 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Whether or not you place an order during the Anniversary Sale, the deposit cannot be refunded.
Validity Period
- Non-instant reward benefits are valid only during the Anniversary Sale period (Sept 8 – Sept 26, 2025).
- After the event ends, any unused deposit benefits will automatically expire.
Applicable Products
- Deposit benefits apply only to designated Anniversary Sale items.
- They are not valid on excluded products (as specified by xTool).
Order Requirement
- Deposit redemption must be used under the same account that placed the deposit.
- Deposit benefits cannot be split across multiple orders.
Delivery & Fulfillment
- Any associated rewards (e.g. material packs, gifts) will only be shipped with Anniversary Sale orders.
- If no order is placed during the event, no physical rewards will be provided.
Fraud Prevention
- xTool reserves the right to cancel deposits and related benefits in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of rules.
