xTool D1 Pro Extension Kit

I learned online that the D1 series was being discontinued at the end of 2025, that was on me for not staying up with announcements as xTool had announce it almost a year ago. Anyway, I was able to take advantage of their promotion for a $100 gift certificate for D series purchasers and was able to get the extension kit for my 20W D1 Pro. It worked out great as I was able to get it for almost nothing and I've been wanting to expand the abilities of the tool for a while. The assembly took time but using the online assembly video helped and it is currently up and running. Only drawback is now my case doesn't fit without purchasing a separate one but I have a plan to make a custom one anyway. Hopefully one day I'll be able to upgrade to the P3 but since I mainly use this for teaching STEM to students the P3 is a little outside the budget. Thanks xTool for a great product!

Cut and engrave bigger

Great extension kit. Easy to disassemble and put back together. New wiring harness and longer belts are included with the longer side rails. Now I can engrave larger items.

Bigger is better

As soon as I recieved the extension kit, I immediately put it together. Easy install and I was able to be up and running in about an hour.
Since I got it working I was able to do larger portraits and larger letters. I love it.
