They are two independent services that offer different types of protection. The standard xTool Care is an extended warranty service that covers repair costs after your initial warranty expires. The Non-Stop Care Plan is a separate, value-added service focused on business continuity. It provides you with a loaner machine to completely eliminate production downtime while your machine is being repaired. You do not need xTool Care to purchase this plan. It is an industry-first service that offers an additional layer of security to keep your business running.
After your purchase, you will receive an email with simple instructions on how to bind the Non-Stop Care Plan to your machine in your xTool account. When you need service in the future, simply contact our support team as usual. They will verify your plan during the diagnosis and initiate the swap process if required.
The Non-Stop Care Plan is a special benefit offered to our loyal users. As such, each eligible machine is limited to one purchase of this 6-month plan, and the plan cannot be renewed.
You will receive a prepaid return label with your loaner unit. Once your original, repaired machine has been delivered back to you, you have 7 calendar days to pack the loaner unit in the original box and ship it back to us using the prepaid label.

It is a unit that has been professionally inspected, tested, and restored to full working order by xTool engineers. We guarantee its performance will be equal to or better than your original machine.
No. All shipping costs are covered by the plan, including the shipment of the loaner unit to you and the return of both your original machine and the loaner unit.
