Report Theft

If you believe your computer has been lost or stolen, it is important that you: Make sure to get a Police Report/Case number and contact information of the Police Officer who took the report.
To report your lost or stolen computer with the XTool^® Recovery Team login to your Control Center and fill out the Theft Report. Please follow the instructions below:
- Go to www.xtool.com - Select the Control Center option at the top left. - Login by typing in your Account number, login, and password. - Select the Browser option on the Navigational Tree to the left. - Locate the computer that has been lost/stolen. - Click on the XTSN of the lost/stolen computer. - Select the "Laptop Tracker" button at the top - Click on the "Report Theft/Loss" button at the top. - Fill out the form and click on the "Submit Report" button at the bottom right.
By reporting online you have sped up the recovery process and assured that the XTool^® Recovery Team is immediately alerted the next time the stolen laptop sends a signal. Please feel free to contact us should you have any questions 888-840-9095.
